Training Programme for Accredited Social Health Activist(ASHA),Mala Govt. Hospital-2013

The department organised a training programme for Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHA) associated with Optometry Department of Little Flower Hospital, Angamaly at Mala Govt. Hospital. The sessions was leade by Mr. Sony Jose, Project Officer, Ms. Jeeva Optometrist Little Flower Hospital Angamaly. 35 ASHA workers were participated in sessions. The main area of the class was blindness, anatomy of the eye, diseases of eye, cataract and communication with the affected people,anatomy of the ear and diseases of ear.
