Best Practices of the institution
Every educational institution is a compilation of all the activities directed towards the accomplishment of its foundational mission and vision. At St. Joseph’s College(autonomous), Irinjalakuda, there are umpteen efforts and activities directed every single day towards the fulfilment of the vision and mission of its founders that embark on the quest for quality and excellence in the delivery of education. The college follows the ‘Four I and D Model’ approach as mentioned below for identifying and executing the best practices of the institution:

5. Dissemination of best practices
The college is delighted to highlight and present the two best practice of the institution that act as an anchor for self-improvement by constantly giving chances of redefining our modes of approach for a better goal-oriented result. The concept of these practices and the implementation are derived and inspired by the institutional objectives that necessitate the need for inculcating a culture of social values and skill efficient work environment for the students.
