International Girl Child Day is observed on 11 October every year. International girl child day Theme: "Digitial Generation, Our Generation ".The International Day of the Girl Child focuses attention on the need to address the challenges faced by the girls and to promote girls empowerment and the fulfillment of their human rights.
On this day the NCC cadets of St. Joseph's College (Autonomous )Irinjalakuda made a poster in connection with the day and uploaded it on social media and also spread the message about the importance of the day.
