Conducted a short running campaign by giving an awareness of health and the need for a healthy life

                                                         REPORT

As a part of the 73rd NCC day, NCC cadets of St Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda conducted a program “Run For Fun”. The main aim of the program was to spread awareness among the youth to remain healthy and fit. The program was conducted on 26/11/2021 at 2.45 pm. The cadets decorated the trees in front of the college beautifully with letters of the program “Run 4 Fun”.

After a short prayer, a speech was delivered by an NCC Cadet giving the importance of NCC Day and the program followed by the NCC Song. Then the program was inaugurated by the College Principal Dr.Sr.Asha Therese with a flag off. The cadets were all geared to set about the 1 km run. They started their journey from the College and passed through Chandakunnu Junction and returned back to the College. The cadets stunned the outlooks with their enthusiasm as they ran with much vigor. Through this fun run the cadets aimed at giving awareness on health to the youth in a fun manner.
