Navigating conflict for improved interpersonal skills

The Research Department of Commerce organised a webinar on 7-09-2021 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m via zoom meet platform on the topic "Navigating conflict for Improved Interpersonal Skills".The webinar was led by Prof. Radhika Ramesh resource person IBS Banglore. Approximately 50 participants including students and staff from our department attended the webinar. 

                   The session started with a welcome address by Mr. Louis Juvi. CK. Smt. Radhika Ramesh started session with topic more about navigating conflicts. She explained the challenges faced  by the people in the current scenario. She also shared views of people about conflicts and described resolution strategies and emotional intelligence.The class was very informative and knowledgeable. Then there was interactive sessions where students could clear their doubts. The co-operation of everyone made this event a great success.
