‘Stress Detox for Online Education’ is a short free certificate course developed in response to compact physical, mental and social health challenges due to the rapid implementation of online education during this COVID 19 pandemic. This course will provide knowledge, skills, and understanding to recognize, identify and respond to health and well-being challenges associated with online education. The course is designed primarily for students, parents and faculty members of schools, colleges and universities. This short certificate course is an initiative of IQAC, NSS and Physical Education Department of St. Joseph’s College, Autonomous, Irinjalakuda.
