    Migration Certificate from other University if applicable

    Equivalence Certificate for universities other than University of Calicut

    Aadhaar Card

    SSLC Certificate

Note:

  • Please take sufficient number of photocopies of the Certificates and keep them for further use  if any,  before submitting the Originals to the College.
  • The submitted Certificates will be returned only after the completion of the Programme or at the time of issuing the TC
  • If the applicant fails to report for interview at the time and date intimated, he/she forfeits the claim for admission
