Department of Physical Education offers an Open Course for fifth-semester students. Any fifth-semester students can opt this course. This Course deals with Physical Activity and Health.

  • Understand Yoga and its effects, asana, and pranayama.
  • Understand Postural deformities and corrective measures.

  • Understand vital signs and various fitness assessment techniques.

Fitness Trainer Certification Programme
