As a part of ‘Yodhav’, a new scheme launched by the Kerala State Police to curb the
supply, use and spread of drugs, the NCC unit of St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous) Irinjalakuda conducted a campaign titled “Say no to drugs”. This campaign aimed at spreading awareness among the students as well as the public about the dangerous sides of drugs through interesting and attractive digital posters made by the cadets. The posters were shared via the Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts of the NCC unit. The campaign was started on 11th October 2022. ‘Yodhavu’ (Warrior) is a mobile app through which public can inform police about drug abuse and its distribution. The cadets also took pledge on ‘Say Yes to Life, No to Drugs' as a part of this campaign.
