Visit to the Television Channel

The department of Journalism and Mass Communication had conducted an industrial visit to the television channel Mazhavil Manorama, Aroor, Kochi, Kerala. The students had got a chance to saw the production of the television channel and they had acquainted with the television set up. They got familiarized with the equipments that are used for television production like camera, camera mounting devices, teleprompter, different types of microphones etc. The experts from the television channel gave detailed explanation to the students. The students had got chance to saw and study about the production control room and master control room and its techniques.
