As a part of anti drug day related program, faculties and students in department of psychology went to an institutional visit to Sanjo Sadan, Anandhpuram on 27/6/2023.

as part of anti drug day related program, department of psychology organized an institution visit at Sanjo Sadhan, Anandapuram. It is a institution that can help a person with drug addition can seek from the specific drug.    By 10.00am , 2nd and 3rd year B. SC psychology students and 2nd year Msc psychology students departed from college. We reached at Sanjo Sadan by 10.30am. By 10.45am our orientation session started. Welcome session was given by Fr Thomas Velakanadan  . First session was taken by Fr sinu. It was regarding the processes that's is taking at the institute when a person addicted to drug seeks help. It was an useful session. We had a small break ,during that time they offered us with a medicinal coffee. And the next session started at 12.00pm. It was taken by Dr.Jeorge Leons, which was regarding the Ayurvedic treatment given to those people. And also about the need for people to come forward to help people who are addicted to drugs. By 1.15 our orientation class was over. Thank you note was given by Maithreyi from 2nd year Msc. Psychology. And by 1.30 we departed from there. We reached college by 2.00 Pm.
