Psychology Association Day

On August 7, 2023 st josephs college Irinjalakuda conducted Association day of psychology department.This year psychology department celebrating its deccenial year. Name of the event was TITIKSHA which is a sanskrit wortd meaning forgiveness. Ms Aprana from second year ug is elected as new Association secretary. There was a class for two hours conducted by a psychotherapist Mr.Dr Jayan namboothiri. The event started at 9.30 am. the class was focused on Anger management. He included different kinds of activities in between sessions.He introduced many new techniqoues for controlling anger. After the session there were cultural programees conducted by ug pg students. with the support of self financing coordinator Sr Rose bastin and hod of the department mrs Remya chithran, programme conducted succesfully.
