Remembering Hiroshima and Nagasaki: A Candlelight Vigil for Peace and Global Nuclear Disarmament
Every 6th and 9th of august are observed as Hiroshima and Nagasaki Day respectively every year. These days commemorate the explosion which caused the death and injury of lakhs due to the atomic bombs dropped in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan.
Students of the department of History commemorated the day by lighting the candle to emphasis the day.
