INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA

REPORT

As a part of International Day of Yoga NCC unit of St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda conducted yoga practice sessions on 19th and 20th June 2023. Different yoga posses were practiced by 34 cadets of St. Joseph’s College. The yoga posses includes Bhujangasana, Dhanurasan, Balasana, Chakrasana , Ardhra Chadrasana , Halasana etc. Cadets took a pledge on behalf of International Day of Yoga. Cadets conducted a quiz competition on the same basis and it had a high response from the students . And 14 cadets attended the yoga session conducted by 7 Kerala Girls BN at Vadakumnathan Temple Ground, Thrissur on 21st June 2023.It gives a mind relief and happiness to the cadets.
The cadets gave escort to IPS Aiswarya Dongre regarding yoga day program
conducted by NSS unit of St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda held at
College Indore Stadium on 21st June 2023. Posters and videos of all the activities
where uploaded in various social media’s like Instagram, Twitter etc.
