Dr. Naijil George is a native of Ernakulam, Kerala. He has done his M.Sc. Biotechnology from Cochin University for Science and Technology, Cochin. His Ph.D. in Molecular Neuroscience and Cell Biology was under the eminent guideship of Prof. C. S. Paulose at the Center for Neuroscience, Cochin University for Science and Technology, Cochin. Awarded Raman Postdoctoral research award from UGC. Done his Postdoctoral research at the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda, MD, USA. Awarded Kunnath Pharmaceutical Award, Prof. Edathil Vijayan Award, Researcher of the Year, and Best panelist award. He has completed many funded projects and published papers in internationally reputed journals.
